Day-to-Day Responsibilities and Duties
As a Financial & Bookkeeping VA, your focus will mainly be on managing QuickBooks and daily financial records. You’ll handle accounts payable and receivable, take care of invoicing, and make sure all entries are accurate.
You’ll collaborate with finance leadership on daily and monthly financial reports, including flash reports, sales tracking, and live profit & loss. Payroll support is also part of your core duties, ensuring timely and compliant processing.
Managing Excel or Google Sheets for reporting is essential. You should be proactive, keep multi-entity records organized, and be ready to provide insights to the leadership team.
