Job Responsibilities and Day-to-Day Overview
The Operations Lead’s primary responsibilities include overseeing 15–20 EAs, running daily stand-ups, monitoring performance, and guiding both assistants and clients through technical and workflow challenges.
Client success is at the forefront, so you lead frequent video calls, handle client escalations, update SOPs, and support team transitions. You’ll engage hands-on when needed.
Technical proficiency is key, with daily work involving platforms like HubSpot, Slack, Cloudtalk, and even ChatGPT. You’re expected to stay proactive and self-driven at all times.
Maintaining meticulous records of performance and feedback is vital, and adapting quickly to feedback or change forms a core part of the day-to-day.
To succeed, you must be available for an overnight shift and ready to complete a focused two-week training program.
